When an order is confirmed and fulfilled, the following demo guidelines apply. Exact terms ship with your invoice.
Accessories
Unopened accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to stock.
Computers & phones
Sealed devices returned within 7 days may qualify if packaging and seals are intact. Opened units are assessed case by case for DOA defects only.

Use our contact form with your order reference and reason. Do not ship goods until you receive an RMA instruction.
